This preowned, softback book with 40 pages was written by Margaret Simmons and published by Chaffcutter books on behalf of the Sandwich Local History Society in 2012.
Over 100 years ago a local family business was established which constructed the last cargo carrying sailing vessels to be built in Sandwich, an enterprise in shipbuilding.
